Seller and contact

UIFN is operated by Lucas Gironde Da Silva, individual entrepreneur (EI), trading as TaiKoo. SIREN 928 359 496, SIRET 928 359 496 00017. Business address: 6 allée des Prés, 77184 Émerainville, France. For orders, complaints or statutory rights: contact@uifn.shop.

Digital products

Each purchase is a one-off supply of the ZIP files described on its product page, not a subscription or a physical delivery. Check the included files, setup instructions, dependencies and compatibility before ordering. You need a compatible UEFN installation and the ability to import widgets and compile Verse where stated. UIFN is an independent store, not affiliated with or endorsed by Epic Games.

Price and ordering

Prices and checkout totals are in US dollars (USD). The final amount payable is displayed before payment; your bank may apply its own currency-conversion fees. Review the product and total, accept these terms, and choose Continue to payment. You can correct your selection before confirming payment in Stripe. A purchase is confirmed only when payment is successfully verified. There are no recurring charges.

Delivery and access

After confirmed payment, your download is made available on your order page and in My purchases. A receipt is sent to the checkout email. Use that same email to recover purchases on a new device. A delayed email does not prevent downloading from an authenticated order page. Contact us with your order number if delivery fails. Keep a local backup of the files you download.

Licence

The purchase grants a non-exclusive licence for your own personal and commercial UEFN projects, including multiple islands. You may modify the files for those projects. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly share, re-upload or sublicense the source files, including modified versions, or claim authorship of the original work. Ownership of the source assets remains with their creator. Product-specific descriptions identify the files being licensed.

Withdrawal and immediate supply

Consumers normally have 14 days from the contract to withdraw from a distance purchase. For this digital download, we request your separate express agreement to immediate supply and your acknowledgement that the withdrawal right ends when supply begins. Without the applicable consent and confirmation, statutory withdrawal rights remain. This does not limit remedies for a faulty or non-conforming product. To exercise an applicable withdrawal right, email an unambiguous statement with your name, order number, product and purchase date. You may use the form below. Any refund due is made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed, without an additional refund fee.

Statutory guarantees

Consumers retain the mandatory French legal guarantee of conformity for digital content. For a one-off supply, the seller is responsible for qualifying defects appearing within two years of supply; a defect appearing during the first year is presumed to have existed at supply, subject to statutory exceptions. Necessary conformity updates are included for the period required by law. Request a remedy by contacting the seller. Conformity must be restored free of charge, without undue delay or major inconvenience. Where statutory conditions are met, a price reduction or termination and refund is available. The legal guarantee against hidden defects also remains applicable. These rights are not excluded by the digital-delivery consent, the licence, or the absence of a commercial warranty.

Complaints and applicable law

Contact the seller first at contact@uifn.shop with your order number and a description of the issue. French law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of residence or their right to use a competent court. Consumers may seek an out-of-court resolution through the applicable consumer mediation process. No exclusive jurisdiction clause restricts consumer rights.

Contract record

The terms version and the explicit digital-supply consent accepted at checkout are recorded with the order. A copy is included in the receipt email. Privacy and technical storage are explained at https://uifn.shop/privacy.

French consumer guarantee reference

The statutory digital-content guarantee is described in the notice annexed to Article D. 211-3 of the French Consumer Code. Mandatory consumer rights always prevail.
